Well done Luke!

After a lot of hard work and dedication, it was a pleasure to present Luke Blaxley Inger with his certificate for passing his apprenticeship - Business Administrator Level 3 - with a well earned distinction.

Karl Reid (Director) said, "It has been a pleasure supporting Luke through his apprenticeship with Pattinsons and he has proved himself as a valuable member of the team. He has learned key skills for life and has gained extensive knowledge in our administrative and on-site data capture processes and has helped to develop electronic reporting processes for air testing as his apprenticeship project. I am very proud of what he has achieved. Well done Luke!"

Luke said "I started at Pattinson Scientific Services as an apprentice on a Level 3 Business Administration course in September 2019. Being able to work and complete my course is entirely owed to Access Training’s mentors and my employer, both of which gave more than ample time and support when it came to completing coursework, projects and teaching key knowledge & skills. The Continuous Professional Development log was especially helpful in tracking my learning. My mentors were always available to give a helping hand which I can give full credit for the passing of my course with Distinction. Not only have I grown as a professional throughout this apprenticeship, but it also encouraged my growth as a person, and I am all the better for having been a part of this apprenticeship".

Luke's apprenticeship was delivered via Access Training at the Gateshead Skills Academy and he is now employed full time with Pattinsons.
